I'm the real-life neurodivergent business coach who gets in the mess with you. I'm not the one lecturing you out of it from a pre-recorded, one-size-fits-all course or Zoom call you feel misunderstood in.
I'm also a holistic business coach and systems builder. That means looking at the whole picture, because it matters: your life, your capabilities, your strengths and the blocks that get in the way, not just the parts of the business that are easy to see, all contribute to your success and your capacity.
First, we start with the Business Discovery Form, so I know what's actually going on before we ever talk actions or strategy. From there we work through whatever needs fixing first, whether that's how you're bringing in clients, the overwhelming admin, the systems that don't exist yet, or a website that's quietly costing you sales because it isn't optimised. Nothing gets built on a whim, it gets built around how you actually work, what you'll actually use, and what you need to grow.
This works whether you're just starting out or trying to fix a business that's grown faster than your systems have. Most of it happens online, wherever you are in Australia, but if you're in Sheffield or North-West Tasmania, we can sit down in person instead.

If you're in North West Tasmania, yes. The Business Clarity Intensive is a 90-minute in-person session, usually held in Sheffield depending on availability. Everything else runs online, wherever you're based.
