This isn't a quick chat and a checklist. Your business discovery and audit is a full, honest deep dive into every corner of your business, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets built on guesswork.
We look at the whole client journey, from how someone finds you to how they actually become a paying client, the funnels behind it, how everything is set up, and where your money is actually going. We map every system you're currently using, or trying to use, from client onboarding to invoicing to how leads land in your inbox, and work out what's genuinely working, what's quietly draining you, and what needs to go. Whatever you're struggling with, that's what gets looked at. By the end you have a complete, honest picture of your business, client journey, costs, systems, workflows and capacity included, plus exactly what it will cost to fix from there.
The audit itself is phase one, a full, honest diagnosis, not the fix. You walk away knowing exactly what's going on and what it will take to sort it out. If further support is the right next step, phase two is where I build and implement it myself, always non-judgemental, scoped and quoted separately based on what your business actually needs.
